ASK MIKE MONDAYS - Mike, I am a fairly new investor. I keep hearing that I should be buying older apartment buildings that need to be rehabbed to get the highest return to my investors. Is that true?

BUT my real question is …should you only focus on investors that want no cash flow - in the immediate future- and then eventually get a capital gain in the future…..OR should you pursue investors that need monthly cash flow today to supplement the lowering of their returns on fixed income? What say you?
